The Mortgage Magic Code of Ethics requires that each loan originator and employee:
- Always places the client’s interest above our own
- Recommends the most appropriate product/products to fill the client’s needs
- Keeps client fees fair
- Acts with integrity at all times…not just at the office
- Advises clients immediately upon encountering an obstacle or problem
- Discloses all compensation to clients
- Acts with fairness and prudence with every decision
- Always is honest and forthright with clients and all others
- Never engages in misleading or deceptive sales or marketing practices
- Adheres to high business standards beyond what are required by regulations
- Maintains regular, timely contact with clients
